Self Realisation
Hello, wonderful people!
In our fast-paced world, we often rush from one task to the next, rarely taking a moment to pause and reflect. Yet, self-reflection is one of the most powerful tools because whether or not we face somewhat same issues everyday and if we know and acknowledge our negative reaction on it,we might reduce it and can put ourselves in place where we move forward to find a solution rather than sulking.
Self-reflection is like holding a mirror up to our thoughts and actions, allowing us to see beyond the surface. If we are overthinking about the same kind of things or themes in our life,it is better to just hold a breathe to realize if something is taking your time up every day, is it even worth it? However important it might be but if it stops your life when you are thinking about it, better is leaving the void for the moment and attending to things that next would need immediate care, if you are absolutely done with the chores, call your parents or anyone you have not connected in long or go and see your favourite childhood cartoon or whatever you woanna do, you geek!!
Answer this that could it be true, that you are just habitual to overthink and feel sad about the same themes again??
The process of self-reflection doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as asking yourself a few key questions at the end of each day: Over time, these small moments of reflection add up, leading to greater self-awareness and personal growth.It is not about denial rather acceptance:))
