Sure, holidays are great for relaxation and adventure, but today, I found myself cherishing the small, everyday things in my townhouse that I used to take for granted. Do I love exploring new places and experiencing new things? Absolutely!! But do I also adore the familiar creak of the stairs, the cozy corner where I read my favorite books, and the scent of my morning coffee filling the kitchen? YES, without a doubt.
Since we can’t shape our reality to fit every desire we must acknowledge the dual nature of life. The bittersweet experiences of this house have led me to use such clichés to make my point. This reality is inescapable, and it’s our truth for the foreseeable future.

"I know it's a mistake, but there are certain things in life where you know it's a mistake but you don't really know it's a mistake because the only way to really know it's a mistake is to make the mistake and look back and say 'yep, that was a mistake.' So really, the bigger mistake would be to not make the mistake, because then you'd go your whole life not knowing if something is a mistake or not."
I think I should have ended this blog at familiar but then I would not know
