NO NEWS
Hello guys, it has been so long since I last wrote my blog and I'm inquistive about this one. Without wasting a moment, allow me to ask you a question?
What if the internet did not exist? Okay, all of us had that debate and the internet turned out to be a boon after all. But, today only on that beneficial internet I read a post that in the 1930s something year , the radio had no news and played piano instead. I want to know will we ever be in a world where that would happen again? Do I want to be informed? Yes!!, do I want to play mindless games on the internet, stalk my favourite celebrities and people, claim your coupons, book flights and everything? But do I also want to live in a world where that can happen again? YES again.
Since we can’t have everything according to our will, and not all things can happen the way we want. There is a flip side to every coin, and I just want to say that it is a tragedy that I need to use such phrases to get my way and justify the horrendous things that happened to us in this century . It is the truth and how ignorant of us that this will be the truth for all the coming decades, centuries .
Whatever happened is irreversible and finally, we can’t go back to that pious world. Yet, even with wars and incompetent juries, racial rulers , it could not maintain its sanctity. It was not a perfect world, and neither is ours. It’s like trying to turn back the hands of time; no matter how far back you go, you can always find something that wasn’t perfect. I just want to know if it will be better or not.
Well. Much to my dismay I don’t think even I have a positive answer to that question. So, who am I to ask you about that anyway? Reflecting on this, I'm reminded of Shakespeare's timeless words: 'To be, or not to be: that is the question.'
